Refund policy
At Jiayu, every garment is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we currently offer exchanges only and do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Original hangtags must remain attached
- The garment must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, damage, or alterations
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
All exchange requests are subject to approval upon inspection.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items
- Custom-sized orders
- Final sale items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original tags
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Images of the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchange Shipping
For approved exchange requests, return shipping costs will be covered by Jiayu.
